Competition Details
Select an existing competition to edit, delete, or restore.

Submission / Voting Dates
Controls when submissions open and close. Can be based on Award Night timing, always open, or manually set dates.
The date submissions open if using manual timing. Entries cannot be submitted before this date.

Submission Rules
Defines whether entries must be new uploads, selected from existing images, or both.
Defines how image capture dates are restricted, either by a specific date or a rolling time period.
Sets the earliest capture date allowed for submitted images. Images taken before this date are not eligible.
Limits entries to images captured within a specified number of years from the competition date.
Allow the same image to be entered in more than one category within the competition. Disable this to ensure each image is only used once across all categories.
Requires members to confirm they meet the competition rules before submitting.
Sets the maximum number of entries a member can submit across all categories. Ensures total submissions per member stay within competition limits.
Defines which members are eligible to enter the competition. Can be restricted based on membership status or role.
Allow members to edit or replace their entries before the competition closes. Disable to lock submissions once they are entered.
Allow members to delete their entries before the competition closes. Disable to prevent removal once an entry has been submitted.
Image Requirements
Enable or disable digital image submissions for this competition.
Sets the maximum number of digital images allowed per category.
Enable or disable print submissions for this competition. Print requirements are for guidance only.
Sets the maximum number of print entries allowed per category. Used for rules only and not enforced.
Defines the maximum allowed print dimensions for physical entries. Used as a guideline for entrants.

Judging & Awards
Defines who participates in judging the competition.
Defines how entries are scored (e.g. points, ranking, or no score).
Allocate how many points a Gold Distinction Award is worth.
Allocate how many points a Gold Award is worth.
Allocate how many points a Silver Award is worth.
Allocate how many points a Award is worth.
Allocate how many points a Merit Award is worth.
Automatically apply points to an entrant who did not win something higher.
